    Peer Blog Review #2

For my second peer blog review I reviewed Angela N's blog "Gray Matter." After reading a few of her blog entries it seems apparent that the mission and vision of Angela's blog is not so much to simply tell you what her views are but rather to be open to opinions and varying viewpoints and to have a discussion; which I think is wonderful.

I see the strength of Angela's blog to be that it is very approachable. She uses humor and approachability to invite an academic discussion on the weekly topics. She is not simply telling you what her viewpoints are but also inviting you to join in the discussion; this is such an interesting, effective and unique approach to blogging. She also posts entries more often than we are required to do so; this shows me that she is genuinely interested in this process and has fully embraced it. The background is visually pleasing and the color scheme makes her entries easy to read and follow. I also really like the news feed on the sidebar, it is nice to be able to skim current headlines so easily. Overall, I found that the content was well informed and intelligent.

I do not see many improvements that could be made. However, one improvement is that I was unable to post this critique under the "critical review 2" tab (I think that you just need to add in a comments option) so I posted it under the "critical review 1" tab. Also, while I do find all of the additional posts to be entertaining and endearing I also found that they made it a bit hard to find the posts that pertain to our weekly assigned blog posts. Maybe there is a labeling or titling system that could be used to sort school entries from recreational entries?

Overall, I think that Angela has fully embraced this blog and especially as a first time blogger is doing an outstanding job. She clearly enjoys the process and is excelling at it. Keep up the good work!
